Low Pressure Reverse Air Dust Collectors
 

Airtrol utilizes a rotary positive displacement blower to provide air for the reverse air cleaning system. A rotating arm assembly directs the cleaning air to the filter bags. An electronic timing system assures that the filter bags are cleaned at the proper time. The motor and drive assembly for the rotating cleaning arm is oversized to provide trouble free service. Benefit: Ultra high filtration efficiency (maximum .008 gr/DSCF outlet emissions) with low maintenance requirements. The low air pressure cleaning system will not have the freezing problems that high pressure compressed air cleaning systems can encounter.
